Sherry Beatte, owner and founder of The Regimen, is a licensed Aesthetician with United Kingdom and American training. She has over 5 years of advanced training as a Certified LPG Lipomassage Technician. With a BS in Hotel Administration from UNLV, she has International experience from Japan, assisted in the opening of the Excalibur Hotel, managing over 350 employees and spent the majority of her hotel management years with Caeser's Palace in VIP Services. Sherry is also the West Coast trainer for 3-D Lash Extensions. A perfectionist with a keen eye for detail, Sherry takes pride in guiding her staff and clients to personify the best that they can be.

Linda Aragon is a licensed Aesthetician with Parisian and American training as well as a Certified LPG Lipomassage Technician. Linda has over 30 years of experience with her first 10 years at the Fairmont Hotel in San Franicisco where she enjoyed clients such as Herb Cain, Tina Turner, Morgan Fairchild, Cher, Barbara Sinatra, Prince, Dr. Dean Edell, Senator Diane Feinstien and so many more notables. Her expertise in make-up led her backstage assisting runway fashion shows in SF for Chanel, Ives St. Laurent, Issey Miyake, Gucci & Ferragamo as well as many other notable designers. She has assisted in opening and managing the Skin Care Departments of several Day Spas including Remede in Sausalito, Sonoma Mission Inn & Elizabeth Arden in San Francisco. She still conducts advanced training.

Angela Geis is a licensed Aesthetician with American training as well as a Certified LPG Lipomassage Technician. In addition to being mentored by Linda and Sherry, Angela brings with her an extensive background in Make-up Artistry, as well as a strong marketing and customer service background.
