CANCELLATION FEE for VelaShape:
The client must cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours notice or they will be charged a $50.00 “missed appointment fee”. NO EXCEPTIONS.

LATE FEE for VelaShape:
Since the treatment time for each VelaShape area is a short amount of time, 15 minutes…Clients will be charged $50 for the treatment that they are late for and lose that appointment time for that area.

i.e. If your appointment time is scheduled for 11am for three VelaShape session areas, 45 minutes will be reserved for you (15 minutes per block area). If you arrive 5 or more minutes after 11am, you will be charged a $50.00 Late Fee.  This Late Fee will allow you to reschedule that lost 15 minute block of time at a later date. If you do not pay the Late Fee you forfeit that 15 minute block of time (applies to Groupon and In-house purchases). Based on this example, you will receive the remaining two VelaShape sessions totaling 30 minutes. Please understand, we are a full service day spa and respect our client’s and employee’s time.

Clients will be charged the full service rate and receive only the portion of time remaining.
