Dr. Karimi's hours are:
Tuesdays from 11:30 am to 4:30 pm

Treatments - inquire for monthly specials.

BOTOX®: $12.00 per unit

Areas of treatment and approximate number of units needed:
Glabella (Frown lines at bridge of nose): 20-26 units
Eyes (Crow's feet): 9-15 units per eye
Forehead: 10-14 units

FACIAL FILLER-JUVÉDERM®: $540 per syringe, minimum of one syringe

Areas of treatment:
Nasolabial folds (smile lines) and "marionette" lines around the mouth
Typical treatment requires 1-2 syringes, depending on depth of wrinkles.

Dental blocks $50.00 Only needed when injecting the lips.
Some patients only want one-half of a syringe. They will be required to prepay for the entire syringe and will be charged an office visit of $50.00 when they return for the second injection.
