Appointment Policies
Please arrive 10 minutes early for first time visits in order to complete questionnaires.

Late Arrivals - Should you arrive late for your appointment,your treatment will be modified to maximize your remaining time without compromising the next appointment.

Cancellation Policy - The Regimen requires 24 hours notice for cancellations. All guests are required to hold their appointments with a credit card. New clients will be charged IN FULL for services without a 24-hour notice of cancellation Established clients will be charged a $25 PER SERVICE FEE for cancellation with out a 24-hour notice.
